During his 20+ years in the healthcare sector, he has acquired healthcare specific experience including General Management, Sales and Marketing Management, Product Management, Sales Training, Operations, Regulatory Compliance, Finance, E-commerce, and Consulting Services.

Through his ownership of a small device manufacturing company, he has acquired industry specific supply chain, operational and regulatory compliance knowledge. Throughout his career, Nuss has held true to his mission to improve patient care and outcomes through better products, exemplary service, and solving customer needs. His varied experience in Neonatology, Endoscopy, Nephrology, Dialysis, Primary Care, Oncology, Dietetics, and materiel management has given him a broad understanding of customer needs in the hospital, clinic, and MD office settings.

Since 2006, he has owned DaySpring Medical Products, a niche manufacturer of specialty products the Dialysis and Blood Bank market. He earned his Masters of Science with an emphasis on Business Management, and his Bachelor of Science degree with an emphasis in Management Information Systems from the University of Colorado.
